Contact Us

Email [email protected].

To help us sort it out faster, tell us:

  • whether you play in the app or on the website, and on which device
  • your display name, or the email you sign in with
  • what happened, and roughly when

Bug reports, house rules you'd like to see, and feature ideas are all welcome at the same address.

Getting Started

The app runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 26 or later, and on Macs with Apple silicon. The website works in any current browser on a phone, tablet or computer.

You can play right away as a guest. Sign in with Apple, Google, Facebook or Bluesky to keep your stats, add friends, and start private games. New to euchre? Start with the rules, then try Learning Mode, where the bots explain every play.

Trouble Signing In

Use the same method you signed up with. Each one (Apple, Google, Facebook, Bluesky) is a separate account, so signing in a different way shows an empty profile rather than your stats. The sign-in screen, in the app and on the website, marks the one you used last on that device.

With Sign in with Apple, if you chose Hide My Email, our emails reach you through Apple's relay address. If you're still stuck, email us the address you think you used.

Games and Connections

If your connection drops, the app reconnects on its own and puts you back at the table. Each turn has a 90-second clock. If you're away when it runs out, a bot takes your seat so the game can go on.

If a game seems stuck, close the app or reload the page and open the game again from the lobby. If it keeps happening, email us with the time it happened.

Privacy Choices and Ads

Euchre is free and paid for by ads. You choose whether we collect usage statistics and whether ads are personalized:

  • In the app: tap your name at the top of the lobby, then Profile, then the Privacy section.
  • On the website: the Privacy choices link at the bottom of any page, or the Privacy card on your profile.

When you're signed in, your choices apply in the app and on the website. Players under 18 never get personalized ads. Our privacy policy has the details.

Deleting Your Account

In the app, tap your name at the top of the lobby, then Profile, then Delete account. On the website, open your profile and choose Delete account. Either way, you type delete account to confirm.

This permanently deletes your profile, stats and friends list, and can't be undone. If you can't sign in anymore, email us from the address on the account and we'll delete it for you.
